Ahhhhh, the life of a teacher. I am officially on Fall Break. That means 2 weeks off with this cute face! Yay!
Hopefully it also means a little extra sleep- but I have a sneaking suspicion that Grady doesn't quite get "sleeping in." I think I'll have to keep going to bed by my bedtime of 9pm. We will probably hangout at the house a lot, take walks, go to the mall, and hangout by the pool. Grady will most likely play with my feet (one of his newest fascinations).
He will most likely continue to resist naps and try to escape from his crib....
And hopefully he will get to hangout a bit with his retired Grandpa. He hopes to play with his beard too. :)
Last weekend I left for the first time, and even though it was HARD to leave the G-Man (and Derek of course), I did have so much fun on Ronna's Bachelorette Cruise! We took a 3-day cruise to Ensenada with more than 20 of us. So much fun! NOT exactly restful though....I'm still trying to catch up. Here's a few pics of us.

We had a blast....BUT it was nice to get back and see the G-Man!! Next stop- Lake Tahoe in November for the wedding!

Woohoo! Enjoy your break Melissa! I get a break after next week too, and I couldn't be more excited! Hope that little boy lets you sleep in. :)
Grady is too cute...I can't believe how big he is already! So great that you got away for a much-deserved girls weekend :). Enjoy your break!
