Fall break is always nice because it's low key and a lot of other people don't have this time off, so it's never crowded anywhere! The only down part is that Derek doesn't have a break, so it's just the 3 of us. We spent the mornings sleeping in (yeah right) until 630- it's better than the usual 530! And went on a few adventures...
We went to Bate's Nut Farm the day the pumpkin patch opened. My
Mom met us there and so did Ronna and he neighbor. We had never been there before. It was very fun- we'll be adding it to the Fall Break rotation for sure!

The days that Grady had preschool, we got to hangout with my friend JoAnna and K's friend Landon! They love playing together.
We were also fortunate enough that my parents took the kids for an extended weekend and we got to go up to Seattle to visit our friends Devon, Dave, Jen, & Morgan. We had a nice relaxin trip sans kids.
We also got to see my cousin David and his girlfriend Amanda who recently moved up to Seattle!
Back at home the fall break field trips continued. Next up, Julian with Mike & Amy for apple picking!

The last Thursday of break we were lucky enough to get to go to Disneyland! Thank you Aunt Susie for taking us!!!
We had a fun trip! What a great break. Wish we got to live this all the time... But it's back to work on Monday! Already looking forward to a week off at Thanksgiving!
