St. Patty's Day & Grammy's Visit!

Everyone was in the spirit for St. Patty's Day... although we mostly tried to stay out of the rain, and just hung-out with Grammy to celebrate!

We also made "Shamrock Shakes," yum!

We had a nice visit with Grammy while she was here, but it stormed and poured for most of her visit, so we needed to think of things to do inside. We took Grady to see "The Lorax" and he enjoyed that. We also took a trip to "John's Incredible Pizza." I think he enjoyed that too, but I'm not so sure that the rest of us are in any hurry to go back soon. If you've never been there, it's like Chuck E Cheese on steroids. I think it may be the reason that so many kids have ADHD. I'm sure the rainy weekend contributed to the crowd, but nonetheless I don't think we'll be back anytime soon. Got a few cute pics though!

Monday was a good day for staying in jammies and reading with Grammy...


Finally the weather cleared up and they made it out to one of our favorite spots- the Hotel Del Coronado.
