Trip to Wofford Heights

 We went to my parents' place up at in Wofford Heights for the second week of July. We had a great time hanging out with my parents and my grandparents. It was really cool for us and the kids to get to spend so much time with my grandparents- it's been awhile since we've spent that much time together! Despite the temperature being in the 100's the entire time we were there, we had a blast. The kids got to play at the park and in the river, and Grady had plenty of firsts on this trip!

 Grady went on his first SeaDoo ride and absolutely loved it! He kept yelling "Faster! Let's go faster Mommy!" He noticed everything around us- fish, birds, rocks, everything!

 Kendall had a really good time playing with all the toys, but mostly with Blondie and her water dish. To deter her, we let her play with water out on the porch. She loved that too, but not quite as much as splashing in Blondie's dish. The two of them became good friends by the end of the trip. K loves to play ball with Blondie.

Another first was Grady's first ride on a quad. I don't know who had more fun: Grady or my dad. They both loved it. It was fun to watch them. Don't worry- they never left the property. It was very low key. And thank you to cousin Sofia for letting G borrow your cute pink helmet :) 

 We had a great time, but all the excitement and hot weather left some of us pretty tuckered out! We all took turns napping on most days. My idea of vacation!
