We have been very pleased this year with Grady's preschool. He has learned a lot, had tons of fun, and has matured so much! He's becoming quite the little student. He loves to write his name, work on writing his numbers, and is always reading books! His school did an end-of-the-year performance and had graduation for the pre-Kinders. G still has one more year at FUMP (First United Methodist Preschool) though before he comes to Casillas!

Where's Waldo? Grady? Can you find him? He's looking right at us, in the back, middle. |

On my birthday this year, I got to take about 200 kids to the movies (since it was a Wednesday and school was still in session). Sounds a little crazy, but it was actually pretty fun! We saw Epic in 3-D and the kids had a great time. Here are me and my 2 team partners, Amy & Mike. I have the best partners ever!

That night my wonderful fam took me to dinner at Hooley's, one of our local favs. A few nights later Derek and I had a date night at Flemings steak house. Although neither of us eat steak, I highly recommend! It was delicious! |

A few days later I had to say goodbye to these kids. This is one of the best classes that I have ever had- I cried on the last day of school and I don't usually do that! Glad that they're just going down the hall to 6th grade, and not middle school yet. I don't want to start with a new class, but what can ya do? ;) |
Although I was sad to say goodbye to my class, I was more than ready to say hello to SUMMERTIME!!! These kids were pretty happy too.

The day after school was out, we got to go see the fam at Aunt Laine's house and celebrate my mom's retirement! Yay!!! She's officially done. Crazy! We are so happy for her and excited for she and my dad to get to travel and relax. Congrats Mom/Grandma! Love you!
