Thanksgiving

 

This year we decided to try something different for Thanksgiving. We met Derek's family half-way and rented a house in Pismo Beach. We weren't too sure if the house would be quite big enough, or exactly where it was located, but it turned out to be just perfect. It was right across the street from the beach, the house was plenty big for all of us, and it everything in it was nice and new. It was a great place to spend time together! We got to stay Wednesday- Saturday of Thanksgiving week, so we had plenty of time to explore and hangout together.

We took a trip to "The Barn" in Avila- a favorite spot.



And got to have a bonfire on Avila Beach where we made smores!

Lastly, we celebrated Mandy's birthday, complete with sparklers!

It was a great trip- we'll have to stay at this house again for sure! Thanks so much Grammy and Papa!
