Could I be nesting yet? I'm not sure when that instinct kicks in, but I know that once the holidays were over, it was time for some home improvement!
#1 The bathtub: This is what the guest bathtub looked like when we moved in and it has been unusable ever since we've been here due to the hole straight through the drywall. Why did we put off fixing it? Because all the tiling had to be redone to take the tub out and that's not cheap! But we figured that Grady will be needing a bathtub and I think I could use one soon too. So thanks to Ronna for sending Frank and his crew our way!
Here's the bathtub now! So much prettier and so clean! Love it!
#2 We also got a light/fan installed in G's room since all we had was a lamp to dimly light his room. This is so much better and air circulation is a must living in Spring Valley! Thanks again to Ronna for hooking us up with electrician Sean. Basically I should be paying Ronna a small salary to organize my life. :)
I also worked on Grady's room some more and hung these up. Yes, I even painted the letters and put the froggies. I was very proud of myself.

Ok, so here's the belly pics everyone's been wanting. It's getting much more impressive. I am now 30 weeks. Only 10 more to go.....ahhh!!!! We're so excited, we went on our "labor & delivery tour" of Kaiser hospital this week and so now we know where to go and all when the time comes. I am getting nervous! I'm ready to meet little G, but the whole labor and delivery thing I'm not so sure about.
Oh, something cute is that he has been getting hiccups on pretty much a daily basis now. It's fun to feel and share with Derek! Sometimes lately it feels like this little guy is trying to climb up into my ribs or kick his way out. It's reassuring to feel him so much not, except in the middle of the night or during class can be kind of disruptive, but I'll excuse him for now.
OK, I'm done for now. I am including another picture below.....but beware, don't scroll down unless you're prepared for BIG BELLY and lots of SKIN! :)
