It's that time again! The 29th of January just past, and Grady's now 10 months! Ahhh! We're getting so close to a year, I cannot believe it! Actually, technically his next bday will be his 1st bday since there will be no 29th of February to celebrate the 11th month on! This fact had actually not occured to me, a little girl in my class pointed it out to me today (they love Grady too- and are always looking out for him!)
What does a 10 month old enjoy doing in his spare time you ask? His favorite thing to do is to attack Grandma and Grandpa's dog Blondie! He even "rode" her a bit this time.
He also enjoys playing ball- especially basketball of course!
Getting into whatever he can and causing mass destruction! One new thing he did this past week that we didn't get a picture of was....he found the toilet. Derek caught him splashing around in it one morning while we were getting ready for work. Oh boy. He was wet up to his elbows- yuck!!! That's what happens when we're both trying to get ready for work before 6:30am and you've got an active baby in the house!
He loves to try to escape from the bathtub. Although I'm not sure why because he really does like the bath!
Grady has serious bed-head every morning and I love it. It's so funny. Here we are procrastinating in the early morning.
And our boy really does love to read. He pulls out all of his books and loves to flip through the pages. When we read to him he turns the pages for us. It's very cute!
This weekend Mama and Dada had a night out! It was very fun and much needed! We went to Caroline's 30th bday party (it was 50's themed) and we even stayed the night away- that's the first time we've both been away for the night. G did just fine with his Grandparents. Thanks Mom and Dad, and Happy Birthday Caro!!!
